We appreciate your interest in Daisy Hill Labradoodles. This application will be used to better assist us in finding
you the puppy that best matches your family’s personality and lifestyle.
Once approved, we ask that you send a
$300.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your place on a puppy reservation list. We must receive this
deposit within 10 days of application approval in order for us to place you on one of our reservation lists.
The deposit is applied towards your adoption fee. In the event that we are unable to find you a puppy in 6 months
that meets your specific requirements, your deposit will be refunded.
